Phase-2 PVC Sheets

Industrial/Commercial/Residential Siding, Roofing & Louver Panels

Phase-2 PVC Sheets, Siding, Roofing, and Louver Panels are solid, heavy gauge Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) extruded sheets that maintain color and structural integrity under the toughest weather conditions and physical abuse. Phase-2 PVC is Factory Mutual Approved for unlimited height use, without the need for sprinkler protection, and offers a Non- Combustible Flame Spread Rating of 12. Phase-2 PVC also performs exceptionally in resisting most corrosive conditions from many organic and in-organic chemical fumes and liquids. Phase-2 PVC is completely UV resistant and will not yellow or discolor, and will block out harmful UV radiation.

History of Phase-2® PVC Panels

Polyvinyl chloride or PVC was first created by the German chemist Eugen Baumann in 1872. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was not patented until 1913 when German, Friedrich Klatte invented a new method of the polymerization of vinyl chloride using sunlight.

Friedrich Klatte became the first inventor to receive a patent for PVC. However, no useful purpose for PVC were discovered until Waldo Semon came along and made PVC a superior product. Sermon was quoted saying, “People thought of PVC as worthless back then [circa 1926]. They’d throw it in the trash.” Over more than half a century, PVC has established itself as one of the most versatile materials known to man. PVC is the second most commonly used plastic in the world, and the most widely used plastic in construction applications.

H&F Manufacturing Corp.’s PHASE-2 PVC Panels are used today for a variety of siding, roofing and louver applications across the country. Phase-2 PVC Sheets provide unique and versatile solutions for a vast array of industrial and commercial applications. H&F Manufacturing’s solid, heavy-gauge PVC Panels are cost effective and maintain color and structural integrity under the harshest weather conditions and physical abuse.

Phase-2 PVC Panels offer a variety of benefits including;
